Why hire a virtual assistant?
Whether you’re a tattoo artist who wishes they could spend more time drawing and less time answering emails, an astrologer frustrated that time spent updating your Patreon takes away from client consultations, or a small business owner who is ready to hand off tedious tasks to someone else, I can help.
What can I do for you?
While a non-exhaustive list, some of the tasks I can help with include:
General admin: including email and diary management, travel booking and itinerary creation, data entry, document support, and knowledge base management/ lore keeping.
Notion and Excel templates: with a focus on budgeting and tracking expenses. Let me streamline your system– or set one up from scratch.
Social Media: Updating and scheduling content for Patreon, Ko-Fi, X/ Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr, Substack or your personal mailing list.
Audio and Video production: I'm familiar with Audacity, Final Cut Pro and Sony Vegas (for editing) and Audioboom (for uploading). I'm currently an Associate Producer for the Ice Tea Podcast.
My rates start from £30/ hour, for a minimum of 2 hours ad hoc work. Please get in touch for information about monthly retainer packages or support with larger projects.I am happy to work with international clients, and can operate a flexible pricing model if you are based outside the UK.
About me
After 2 years in customer operations for a corporate insurance company, I'm excited to turn my organisational skills towards supporting other freelancers, creatives, and small business owners. I'm a creative weirdo who has always loved organisation and admin– ask me about the spreadsheets I built to coordinate following my favourite band on tour at 20!
The goal of Sparrow Assistance is to take away some of those administrative tasks from my fellow creatives who view them as a burden.
